I tailor 1-2-1 coaching programmes to the specific needs, aspirations and circumstances of each individual. My approach is non-directive and built on the principles of trust and accountability. Providing a non-judgmental space where they can:

With over 15 years of experience as a marketing leader in the Learning and Professional Development industry, I've always been passionate about fostering individual growth and development and its transformative benefits.

Through my own and others' experiences, I noticed that managers often struggle to access tailored professional development support, resulting in talent either moving on or not reaching their full potential. I was also keen to leverage my marketing expertise to support others in a new and impactful way. These realisations led me to pursue a Coaching Psychology qualification from Birkbeck, University of London. Inspired by the rewarding experience, I founded View Coaching. I am currently an Associate member of the Association for Coaching, working towards a coaching accreditation.
