In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; computer and connection information.   • Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to offer our coaching services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

  • We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes: 

  • To provide our coaching services 

  • To be able to contact our visitors with general or personalised coaching related information and promotional messages 

  • To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we may use to provide and improve our services 

  • engage with us by email and other business communications 

  • We will collect data from private individuals and individuals within organisations to provide more information about our coaching services, to arrange meetings and run coaching programmes.  Personal details such as name, address, email address, phone number, and any other relevant information you choose to share will only be used for these purposes and will be held digitally and password protected.  These will be held no longer than necessary, client records specifically will be held usually no longer than seven years. 

  • Through our coaching sessions, written or recorded client data, records and notes will be captured and will be treated with great care and confidentiality.  Personal data on the computer will be password protected.  Any physical documents will be attended to carefully and will be destroyed after use. 

We use your personal data solely for the above purposes. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 

 

Data transfer, storage and security 

 

We take the security of your personal data seriously and have put in place appropriate measures to protect it against unauthorised or unlawful processing, loss, damage or destruction. We will do our utmost to ensure that relevant personal data is in a secure location, only accessed and processed by authorised individuals. 

Your personal data is stored securely with trusted third-party service providers who adhere to the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK General Data Protection Regulation standards. We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and for what is deemed a reasonable amount of time. 

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.  Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
