These will be held no longer than necessary, client records specifically will be held usually no longer than seven years.

Through our coaching sessions, written or recorded client data, records and notes will be captured and will be treated with great care and confidentiality. Personal data on the computer will be password protected. Any physical documents will be attended to carefully and will be destroyed after use.
